生成式人工智能在教育评价中的定位与实践OA
The Positioning and Practice of Generative Artificial Intelligence in Educational Evaluation—A Metaphorical Perspective of"Dialogue"
随着智能时代的教育需求转向大规模因材施教,标准化的测验式评价开始向多元化的生成式评价回归,而以"对话"为基础的生成式人工智能技术恰契合其中要义,具有在教育评价全过程中提供支持的应用潜能.以相关领域的最新实践为基础,本研究基于"对话"的隐喻视角,将生成式人工智能在教育评价中的定位总结为三个递进阶段,即与评价材料"对话"的辅助技术、与评价过程"对话"的增强技术、与评价主体"对话"的载体技术.基于此,本研究构建了总括性的定位与实践框架,阐释了不同阶段多样化的"对话"模式、实践形态及实践效果,为理解人工智能赋能教育评价的内在机理提供了理论参考,也为在不同教育评价场景下分级、分类地引入生成式人工智能提供了实践指引.
As educational demands in the digital-intelligence era shift toward large-scale personalized learning,standardized test-based evaluation is gradually giving way to diversified,generative evaluation.Generative artificial intelligence(GenAI)grounded in dialogue aligns closely with this transformation and demonstrates strong potential to support the entire process of educational evalua-tion.Based on recent practices in related fields,this study conceptualizes the positioning of GenAI in educational evaluation into three progressive stages from a metaphorical perspective of"dialogue":as an assisting technology for"dialogue"with evaluation materials,as an augmentative technology for"dialogue"within the evaluation process,and as a mediating technology for"dialogue"with evalua-tion subjects.On this basis,this study constructs an overarching framework of GenAI's positioning and practice,and explains the modes,forms,and effects of"dialogue"across different stages.The study not only offers theoretical insights into the the underlying mechanisms through which GenAI empowers educational evaluation,but also provides practical guidance for integrating GenAI into e-ducational evaluation contexts in a stratified and classified manner.
