基于OpenHarmony的摄像机车牌识别技术研究OA
Research on License Plate Recognition Network of Cameras Based on OpenHarmony
在智慧交通快速发展的背景下,为解决传统车牌识别跨平台部署成本高、复杂环境下识别精度低的问题,以OpenHarmony为基础,构建了"系统-硬件-算法"协同的车牌识别方案.该方案通过开发摄像机系统调度模块,采用Retinex理论优化光照补偿,利用CycleGAN生成雨雾样本,并结合通道剪枝与量化技术实现算法的轻量化.结果显示,视频流跨设备调度时延≤127 ms,低照度识别率达 92.3%、雨雾定位成功率为 88.7%、高速车辆捕获率为 99.6%,算法体积压缩 73.3%,推理时间≤37 ms,各项指标均达设计目标.该研究为智慧交通边缘部署提供了低成本、高鲁棒性的技术路径.
Against the backdrop of the rapid development of intelligent transportation,to address the problems of high cross-platform deployment costs and low recognition accuracy in complex environments for traditional license plate recognition,a license plate recognition solution with the coordination of system,hardware and algorithm is constructed based on OpenHarmony.This solution develops a camera system scheduling module,adopts the Retinex theory to optimize light compensation,uses CycleGAN to generate rain and fog samples,and combines channel pruning and quantization technologies to realize the lightweighting of the algorithm.The results show that the video stream cross-device scheduling delay is≤127 ms,the recognition rate under low illumination reaches 92.3%,the rain and fog positioning success rate stands at 88.7%,the high-speed vehicle capture rate hits 99.6%,the algorithm volume is compressed by 73.3%,and the inference time is≤37 ms,with all indicators meeting the design objectives.This research provides a low-cost and high-robustness technical path for the edge deployment of intelligent transportation.
