Research on the Influence Mechanism of Algorithm Perception and Users'Privacy Disclosure Intention in Online Health Communities

[目的/意义]基于算法失效焦虑的中介效应揭示算法感知对用户隐私披露意愿的作用机制,对规范在线健康社区算法管理,以及提升用户算法素养、隐私素养具有重要意义.[方法/过程]本研究将在线健康社区作为研究情境,使用结构方程模型与必要条件分析的混合方法,结合"感知—情感—行为意愿"理论框架,完整探讨算法感知对在线健康社区用户隐私披露意愿的影响机制.[结果/结论]研究表明,算法感知负向影响算法失效焦虑,算法失效焦虑负向影响用户隐私披露意愿;算法感知是算法失效焦虑的必要条件,且相比于功能维度的算法感知,伦理维度的算法感知更易引发算法失效焦虑.本研究在丰富在线健康社区研究现状的同时,回应在线健康社区算法管理失位的管理现象,提供具有针对性的实践启示.

[Purpose/Significance]Based on the mediating effect of algorithm failure anxiety,revealing the mecha-nism of algorithm perception on users'privacy disclosure intention is of great significance for standardizing the algorithm management of online health communities and improving users'algorithm literacy and privacy literacy.[Method/Process]The study took online health communities as the research situation,used the mixed method of Structural Equation Model and Necessary Condition Analysis,and combined with the theoretical framework of"Cognition-Affect-Conation",to fully explore the influence mechanism of algorithm perception on users'privacy disclosure intention in online health communi-ties.[Result/Conclusion]The mixed research shows that algorithm perception negatively affects algorithm failure anxiety,and algorithm failure anxiety negatively affects users'privacy disclosure intention.Algorithm perception is a necessary con-dition for algorithm failure anxiety,and compared with the functional dimension of algorithm perception,the ethical dimen-sion of algorithm perception is more likely to cause algorithm failure anxiety.Our study not only enriches the research sta-tus of online health community,but also responds to the management phenomenon of missing management of online health community algorithm,and provides targeted practical enlightenment.
