[Purpose/Significance]The study aims to explore the causes,mechanisms and behavioral characteristics of peer support behaviors under human-intelligence collaboration,and to provide empirical evidence for the sustainable development of peer support through human-intelligence collaboration in the field of mental health.[Method/Process]Through behavioral experimental research,44 participants were recruited and divided into the experimental group and the control group.They were provided with supportive responses to psychological problems in five different psychological situa-tions.The behavioral differences between the human-intelligence collaboration model and the traditional peer support model in mental health support were comprehensively evaluated from three dimensions:cognitive interaction,emotional interaction,and response effect.[Result/Conclusion]The research found that during the cognitive interaction process,the experimental group performed significantly better than the control group in terms of question reading and response effi-ciency.During the emotional interaction process,the experimental group scored higher than the control group in all four dimensions.A content coding analysis of the response effects of the peer supporters of the two groups revealed a significant statistical difference in content generation performance.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions for promoting online peer support for mental health are proposed from the perspectives of users,technology and platforms.
