AIGC驱动的医疗健康领域知识服务模式研究OACHSSCD

[Purpose/Significance]Healthcare is related to people's life,health and safety,and is highly dependent on experience and knowledge,requiring intelligent,precise and personalized knowledge services.The rapid development of generative AI technology and the emergence of large parameter scale language models have brought disruptive changes and opportunities for healthcare knowledge services,and it is urgent to build an AIGC-driven knowledge service mode to provide the public with smarter,more accurate,and personalized healthcare knowledge services,so as to improve the people's health level and enhance the health literacy of the whole population.[Method/Process]Based on the construction of domain Large Language Model,the article built a domain knowledge service model including five layers around the key aspects of data collection,knowledge organization,model construction,information security and knowledge service,inte-grating the knowledge service phases,application scenarios and target populations,and conducted experimental validation on healthcare Q&A and image captioning tasks.[Result/Conclusion]The research advances the theoretical depth of the knowledge service mode in the field of healthcare,which can provide support for effectively sequencing,organizing and mining the rich medical knowledge contained in the data,constructing efficient knowledge reasoning models and mecha-nisms,and promoting the development of intelligence,precision and personalization of healthcare knowledge services.
