Fusion and Unification:Mathematical Principles of Intelligence
[目的/意义]融合现有学者智慧,探索情报的数学原理,提出情报的统一定义,为解决情报的"定义、测量和评价"三大难题提供创新路径.[方法/过程]改进布鲁克斯方程,将其拟数学的结构改进为"信息—知识"交互的数学模型,通过论文数据、社交媒体数据、环境数据等实证数据验证模型合理性,得出情报方程,并据此提出情报定义,该定义能够透视决策性、时效性、涌现性、主体性、预见性和传递性等情报属性的数学原理,提升"IK"和"DIKW"框架下情报生成演化的解释性.[结果/结论]运用数学原理统一情报定义问题,提出情报的狭义定义是"知识关于信息的增长率"以及广义定义为"DIKW层级变化率",并提出"情报是人类本能"的猜想.
[Purpose/Significance]Integrating insights from domestic and international scholars to explore the mathe-matical principles of information science,propose a unified definition of information,and provide innovative pathways to address three fundamental challenges:definition,measurement,and evaluation of information.[Method/Process]Refining the Brookes equation by transforming its quasi-mathematical structure into an"information-knowledge"interaction mathe-matical model,validating the model's rationality through empirical data including academic papers,social media data,and environmental data,deriving the intelligence equation,and proposing a corresponding definition of intelligence.This definition revealed the mathematical principles underlying intelligence attributes such as decision orientation,timeliness,emergence,subjectivity,foresight,and transmissibility,while enhancing the explanatory power of intelligence generation and evolution within the"IK"and"DIKW"framework.[Result/Conclusion]Applying mathematical principles to unify the definition of intelligence,this research proposes a narrow definition—"knowledge growth rate relative to information"—and a broad definition—"change rate in DIKW hierarchy".
