为有效分析间伐后香椿中龄林土壤养分需求变化,提出科学的间伐与经营策略,本研究以四川省眉山市彭山区7年生香椿人工林(密度1 419株/hm2)为对象,设置了1/4、1/3、1/2共3种间伐强度,以不间伐林分为对照,在间伐后5 a(林分12 a)开展林分生长情况、土壤的化学养分含量、土壤酶活性及其化学计量比分析.研究结果显示:1)间伐林分生长量显著高于对照,其中间伐强度1/2的林分平均胸径达到对照林分的1.17倍、单株材积达到1.40倍.2)间伐强度1/3的林分土壤C、N、P、K化学养分含量均较低,但间伐强度1/2的林分土壤化学养分含量较之有所回升.3)相关性分析显示β-葡萄糖苷酶、β-葡萄糖醛酸酶、N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶活性与其底物(C素)显著正相关性,亮氨酸氨基肽酶和酸性磷酸酶活性分别与其获取产物(N素、P素)有显著负相关性.4)冗余分析显示有机碳、全氮、碱解氮、全磷是影响土壤酶活性的主要因素.5)酶活性计量比表明,各林分土壤微生物主要受N素限制,间伐强度1/2有助于缓解土壤微生物的C、N素限制.综上所述,间伐有利于香椿中龄林生长,并且高强度(间伐强度1/2,平均保留密度825株/hm2)间伐可以缓解土壤微生物的C、N素限制,较适于大径级材培育及可持续发展.

To analyze post-thinning soil nutrient demand dynamics and propose scientific thinning and man-agement strategies for middle-aged Toona sinensis plantations,this study investigated a 7-year-old planta-tion(density:1 419 stems/hm2)in Pengshan District,Meishan City,Sichuan Province.Three thinning in-tensities(1/4,1/3,and 1/2)were implemented with unthinned stands as control.Five years post-thinning(12-year-old stands),we analyzed stand growth,soil chemical nutrients,enzyme activities,and their stoi-chiometric ratios.Key findings include:1)Thinned stands exhibited significantly greater growth than con-trols,with 1/2 intensity stands showing 1.17 times larger mean DBH and 1.40 times higher individual vol-ume compared to controls.2)Soil C,N,P,and K concentrations were lower in the 1/3 thinning treatment but partially recovered under the 1/2 thinning intensity.3)Correlation analyses revealed significant posi-tive relationships between β-glucosidase(βG),β-glucuronidase(βLU),and N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG)activities and their substrate(soil organic carbon,SOC).Conversely,leucine aminopeptidase(LAP)and acid phosphatase(ACP)activities showed negative correlations with their target nutrients(N and P,respectively).4)Redundancy analysis(RDA)identified SOC,total nitrogen(TN),alkali-hydrolyza-ble nitrogen(AN),and total phosphorus(TP)as key factors influencing soil enzyme activities.5)Enzyme stoichiometry indicated N limitation in soil microbial communities across all stands and the 1/2 thinning in-tensity alleviated microbial C and N limitations.In conclusion,thinning enhanced stand growth in middle-aged T.sinensis plantations,with high-intensity thinning(1/2 intensity,retained density:825 trees/hm2)particularly suitable for large-diameter timber cultivation and sustainable forest management through miti-gation of soil microbial nutrient limitations.
