广东怀集不同树龄红锥叶片功能性状特征OA

红锥是我国亚热带地区重要用材和生态树种,红锥古树的健康状况关乎生态系统稳定与生物多样性保护.目前不同树龄间红锥古树叶片性状变异特征及内在规律的研究仍显不足,直接影响到科学制定古树保护和管理措施.本研究通过选取广东怀集不同树龄红锥古树为研究对象,依据树龄将红锥划分为1级、2级、3级古树以及后备资源林,通过测定不同树龄红锥叶片功能性状的叶面积(LA)、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)等11项指标,运用单因素方差分析、相关性分析、主成分分析等统计方法,探究不同树龄红锥叶片性状的特征及变异规律.结果表明,净光合速率、叶片相对含水率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、叶片体积是评价不同树龄红锥叶片性状的关键因子.3级红锥古树叶片性状综合表现最优,且随着树龄增长,红锥树体衰老加剧,叶片光合性能逐渐减弱;后备资源林红锥叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率显著高于红锥古树.不同树龄红锥11个叶片性状指标的总变异系数范围为2.96%~34.88%,表明各性状指标存在不同程度的变异.在林业生产实践中,建议对地上部分健康诊断评价等级达到3级以上古树进行重点复壮保护,加大复壮救治力度.

Castanopsis hystrix is a vital timber and ecological tree species in China's subtropical regions,and the health of its ancient trees is crucial for ecosystem stability and biodiversity conservation.Currently,research on the variation characteristics and underlying patterns of leaf traits in ancient Castanopsis hys-trix trees of different ages remains insufficient,hindering the scientific formulation of conservation and management measures for these ancient trees.This study selected ancient Castanopsis hystrix trees of var-ying ages from Huaiji County,Guangdong Province.Based on age,the trees were categorized into Grade 1,Grade 2,and Grade 3 ancient trees,as well as reserve resource forests.We measured 11 functional leaf traits—including leaf area(LA),net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),and transpiration rate(Tr).Statistical methods including one-way ANOVA,cor-relation analysis,and principal component analysis were employed to investigate the characteristics and var-iation patterns of leaf traits across different age groups.Results indicate that net photosynthetic rate,rela-tive leaf water content,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,and leaf volume are key factors for evalua-ting leaf traits in ancient Castanopsis hystrix trees of varying ages.Grade 3 old-growth Castanopsis hys-trix trees exhibited the optimal comprehensive leaf trait performance.As tree age increased,Castanopsis hystrix tree senescence intensified,leading to a gradual decline in leaf photosynthetic capacity.The net pho-tosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate of Castanopsis hystrix leaves from the re-serve resource forest were significantly higher than those of old-growth Castanopsis hystrix trees.The to-tal coefficient of variation for 11 leaf trait indicators across different age classes ranged from 2.96%to 34.88%,indicating varying degrees of variability among trait indicators.In forestry production practices,it is recommended that ancient trees with above-ground health diagnosis ratings of Level 3 or higher receive priority revitalization and protection,with enhanced revitalization and rescue efforts.
