零配件精益备件与库存管理一直是烟草企业生产与管理难点问题之一,目前依靠传统经验预测的通用方法与采购手段很难满足低库存和高响应的要求.对此,以降低烟草企业库存和保障生产为 目标,文章研究需求端、运营端、供应端三方的全产业链基本原理,提出一种三方信息共享、库存协同、快速补货的机制,并根据该机制开发烟草企业零配件网上精益超市新业务,打通需求端、运营端、供应端三方信息屏障,实现了烟草企业、零配件销售方和零配件制造企业共赢的新管理模式,降低了库存冗余,加速了零配件订货与供货响应.

Lean spare parts for components and inventory management has always been one of the difficult issues in the produc-tion and management of tobacco enterprises.Currently,the general methods and procurement means relying on traditional ex-perience prediction are hard to meet the requirements of low inventory and high response.In this regard,with the goal of re-ducing the inventory of tobacco enterprises and ensuring production,this paper studies the basic principles of the entire indus-trial chain involving the demand side,operation side and supply side,proposes a mechanism of information sharing,inventory coordination and rapid replenishment among the three parties,and develops a new business of online lean supermarket for com-ponents of tobacco enterprises based on this mechanism.It has broken down the information barriers among the demand side,the operation side and the supply side,achieving a new management model that benefits tobacco enterprises,component sellers and component manufacturing enterprises.This has reduced inventory redundancy and accelerated the response to component orders and supplies.
