电动汽车集群并网后对不平衡配电网的影响研究OA
Research on the Impact of Electric Vehicle Cluster Grid Connection on Unbalanced Distribution Network
大规模电动汽车(EV)集群并网后,其随机无序的充放电行为给城市配电网的安全稳定运行带来了新挑战.V2G(ve-hicle to grid)技术的应用实现了 EV与电网的双向互动,使其具备了可控负荷和储能的双重属性,利用该特性可实现电网运行工况的提升.针对IEEE13不平衡配电网,使用OpenDSS和MATLAB将EV集群建模为储能元件,采用遗传算法对EV集群的负荷曲线形状进行优化,通过V2G和G2V的综合应用以实现负载均衡.通过算例仿真分析EV集群在V2G及G2V(grid to vehicle)运行模式下对不平衡配电网的削峰填谷、负荷曲线优化、不平衡度调整等方面发挥的作用,可为EV与不平衡配电网的运行优化以及EV并网后的多场景优化提供借鉴.
After large-scale electric vehicle(EV)clusters are connected to the grid,their random and disorderly charging and discharging behaviors pose new challenges to the safe and stable operation of urban distribution grids.The application of V2G(vehicle to grid)technology enables bidirectional interaction between EV and the grid,endowing them with the dual attributes of controllable load and energy storage.This characteristic can be utilized to enhance the operating conditions of the grid.For IEEE13 unbalanced distribution network,OpenDSS and MATLAB are used to model the EV cluster as an energy storage ele-ment.Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the load curve shape of the EV cluster.The load balancing is achieved through the comprehensive application of V2G and G2V(grid to vehicle).The role of EV clusters in peak shaving,load curve optimization and imbalance adjustment of unbalanced distribution network under V2G and G2V operating modes is analyzed through simula-tion examples,which can provide reference for the operation optimization of EV and unbalanced distribution network,as well as the multi scenario improvement after EV grid connection.
