基于信创体系的数据库运维异常检测方法OA

Anomaly Detection Method of Database Operation and Maintenance Based on Information Innovation System

目前,数据库运维异常检测多采用组件感知方法,此方法易受到数据库通信节点重要性的影响,导致运维异常处理时延较高,检测效率较低.为此,提出基于信创体系的数据库运维异常检测方法.在研究数据库运维的可信安全模式结构基础上,引入换阶函数提取运维序列特征.根据数据的权重比值,采集数据库运维关键序列信息.结合运维事件模板并引入激活函数,得到信息数据的各维度之和.采用交叉熵函数获取预测误差,匹配运维向量信息特征.采用决策树算法计算运维异常分数,由此实现数据库运维异常检测.比较实验结果显示,所提出的方法异常检测时间始终控制在600 ms以下,对于数据库运维异常的平均处理时延未超过6 ms,具有较高的检测效率.

At present,the anomaly detection of database operation and maintenance mostly adopts component awareness meth-od,which is easily influenced by the importance of database communication nodes,resulting in high processing delay and low detection efficiency.Therefore,an anomaly detection method of database operation and maintenance based on information inno-vation system is proposed.On the basis of studying the trusted security mode structure of database operation and maintenance,the order change function is introduced to extract the characteristics of operation and maintenance sequence,and collects the key sequence information of database operation and maintenance according to the weight ratio of data.By combining the operation and maintenance event template and introducing activation function,the sum of all dimensions of the information data is ob-tained.The prediction error is obtained by using cross entropy function,the information characteristics of operation and main-tenance vector are matched.The operation and maintenance anomaly score is calculated by decision tree algorithm,thus,the database operation and maintenance anomaly detection is realized.The experimental results show that the proposed method can always control the anomaly detection time below 600 ms,and the average processing delay of database operation and mainte-nance anomalies is less than 6 ms,which has high detection efficiency.
