基于剪力钉群连接件推出试验的声发射特征信号分析OACHSSCD
Acoustic Emission Characteristic Signal Analysis Based on Push-out Tests of Shear Nail Cluster Connectors
剪力连接件是保证钢混组合梁桥协同工作的关键,其性能直接关系到整体结构的安全性与耐久性.为研究剪力钉群的抗剪性能及损伤机制,本文采用声发射技术对6组推出试件进行动态监测,分析了剪力钉数量与竖向间距对声发射特征参数的影响.通过对比荷载-滑移曲线与声发射能量历程,揭示了连接件内部损伤的发展过程及各阶段的能量水平与信号特征,并应用k均值聚类对信号类型进行识别.结果表明:弹性阶段后期声发射事件数显著增加;塑性阶段中钢混界面持续脱落,剪力钉剪断时累积振铃计数增速最大;破坏阶段前期信号发生突变,后期信号数量增多,并在剪力钉断裂时出现最高能量释放.基于k均值聚类可将声发射信号根据钢-混凝土组合梁的破坏形式划分为三类.
Shear connectors are critical for the composite action in steel-concrete girders,and their performance directly affects the safty and durability of the overall structhre.To investigate the shear performance and damage mechanism of stud clusters,acoustic emission(AE)monitoring was conduc-ted during push-out tests on 6 specimens.The effects of stud number and vertical spacing on AE char-acteristics were analyzed.By comparing load-slip curves with AE energy histories,the damage pro-gression inside the connectors was revealed,along with energy levels and signal features at each stage,k-means clustering was applied to classify signal types.The results indicate that AE event counts increased significantly in the late elastic stage.During the plastic stage,interfacial debonding continued,and the cumulative ring-down count rose most rapidly upon stud shear failure.Before fail-ure,AE signals changed abruptly.Afterward,signal counts grew,with the highest energy release oc-curring during stud fracture.K-means clustering categorized AE signals into three types corresponding to failure modes in steel-concrete composite beams.
