以高铁动车检查库为研究对象,采用一种新型夹板外挂节点连接蒸压加气混凝土墙板(ALC板)与主刚架,研究墙板对刚架平面内抗侧移刚度的影响.首先根据已有的钩头螺栓外挂节点试验结果进行有限元模拟,验证数值分析方法在节点性能研究中的有效性;然后采用新型的夹板外挂节点,选取与动车检查库纵向跨度吻合的单跨刚架结构模型安装ALC板,进行有限元数值拟静力试验,分析新型节点与板材协同受力的性能,不同加载方式和挂板形式对动车检查库平面内抗侧移刚度的影响.研究表明新型夹板外挂节点适用于动车检查库,采用该节点连接的ALC墙板对结构的平面内抗侧移刚度有一定影响.

Taking the high-speed railway EMU inspection depot as the research object,a new type of splint external node is used to connect the autoclaved aerated concrete wallboard(ALC panel)with the main rigid frame,and the influence of the wallplate on the lateral movement stiffness in the plane of the rigid frame is studied.Firstly,according to the existing test results of hook head bolt plug joints,finite element simulation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the numerical analysis method in the study of joint performance.Then,a new type of splint external node is used,and the single-span rigid frame structure model that coincides with the longitudinal span of the EMU inspection depot is selected to install the ALC plate,and the finite element numerical quasi-static test is carried out to study the performance of the new type of joint and plate synergistic force,and the in-fluence of different loading modes and hanging plate forms on the in-plane lateral movement stiffness of the EMU inspection depot is studied.The results show that the new splint external node is suitable for the EMU inspection depot,and the ALC wall panel connected by the node has a certain influence on the in-plane lateral shift stiffness of the structure.
