基于CiteSpace对外吹乳痈中医治疗的可视化分析OA

Objective To conduct a visualization analysis of research on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment for postpartum mastitis using CiteSpace.Methods Taking the academic journal database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure as the data source,the search formula was"(Topic:postpartum mastitis+acute mastitis)AND(Topic:TCM)",with the search time range limited to January 2015 to August 2025 for topic-based retrieval.After exporting the search results,CiteSpace 6.4 R1 software was used to perform visualization analysis from dimensions including publication volume,source category,funding status,and keywords.Results A total of 149 papers had been published from January 2015 to August 2025,showing an overall trend of first increasing then decreasing.The highest number of publications occurred in 2019,reaching 24.Among these papers,11.41%were included in databases such as Peking University Core Journals,and 20.81%of the papers were outputs of various fund-supported research projects.In keyword frequency analysis,the top three keywords by frequency were lactation period,mastitis,and review.In keyword clustering analysis,a total of eight categories were identified:#0 inflammatory factors,#1 mastitis,#2 review,#3 external application of TCM,#4 Tuina,#5 manual lactation techniques,#6 external treatment methods in TCM,and#8 milk stasis.In timeline analysis,the occurrence and correlation of various keywords could be observed intuitively.Conclusion Over the past decade,the treatment of postpartum mastitis with TCM has shown an overall trend of increasing then decreasing.Research has primarily focused on dimensions such as TCM therapeutic techniques,experience summarization,nursing interventions,and disease diagnosis and treatment,accumulating considerable clinical and research expertise.
