分娩球联合自由体位助产护理在自然分娩初产妇中的应用效果OA

Objective To explore the application effect of birthing ball combined with free position midwifery nursing in primiparas with natural childbirth.Methods A total of 82 primiparas admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected and divided into the conventional group(n=41,receiving routine delivery nursing)and the intervention group(n=41,receiving routine delivery nursing+birthing ball+free position midwifery)according to the random number table method.The delivery self-efficacy(childbirth self-efficacy inventory[CBSEI-C32]),the rate of conversion to cesarean section,and the stage of labor(the first,second,and third stages of labor)were compared between two groups.Results The CBSEI-C32 scores at time of cervical dilation of 3 and 10 cm in the intervention group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of conversion to cesarean section between the two groups(P>0.05).The first and second stages of labor in the intervention group were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the third stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of birthing ball and free position midwifery nursing can effectively enhance the self-efficacy of primiparas during delivery,shorten the duration of the first and second stages of labor,which has certain clinical promotion value.
