Nursing experience of a post-cesarean patient with perirenal abscess and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome was summarized.Perirenal abscess care:Meticulous drainage management and internal environment stabilization,with maintenance of electrolyte balance.Humanistic care with personalized psychological nursing:Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with music therapy.Post-cesarean section lactation promotion:A combination of traditional Chinese manual massage techniques,external application of Rhubarb and Mirabilite,and stepwise antibiotic therapy for infection control.Mechanical ventilation in respiratory failure:Implementation of lung-protective ventilation strategies and preventive measures against ventilator-associated pneumonia.Venous thromboembolism prevention:A multimodal approach encompassing mechanical prophylaxis,standardized anticoagulation therapy,and monitoring.Following active treatment and comprehensive nursing interventions,the patient's condition improved and was discharged from the hospital.
