家庭护理模式在斜视患儿围手术期管理中的应用OA

Objective To observe the application effect of family-centered nursing model in perioperative management of children undergoing strabismus surgery,and to provide evidence for optimizing perioperative care pathways.Methods This prospective controlled study was conducted in the Department of Ophthalmology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from June to October 2024.A total of 80 pediatric patients scheduled for strabismus surgery were included and divided into a control group(n=40)and an intervention group(n=40)using a time-based grouping method.The control group received standard perioperative care,while the intervention group received additional family-centered nursing intervention.Preoperative anxiety score,postoperative delirium scores during the recovery period,and primary caregivers'satisfaction with nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results The intervention group showed lower preoperative anxiety score compared to the control group(P<0.05).The severity of emergence delirium was also reduced in the intervention group compared to the control group(P<0.05).In addition,caregivers in the intervention group reported higher satisfaction scores across all measure of processes of care-20 dimensions compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The family-centered nursing model effectively reduces preoperative anxiety and postoperative delirium in children undergoing strabismus surgery,while enhancing caregiver satisfaction.It holds clinical value for broader application.
