小儿推拿联合维生素D治疗儿童生长发育迟缓的临床效果OA

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of infantile massage combined with vitamin D in the treatment of children with growth and development retardation.Methods A total of 120 children with growth and development retardation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Science and Technology from July 2023 to October 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given general treatment and oral vitamin D,and the treatment group received infantile massage on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,height,growth rate,weight and normal height rate of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment group showed better efficacy than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the height,weight,and growth rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after intervention,the normal height rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,which was higher than 23.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Infantile massage combined with vitamin D can promote the height and weight growth of children with growth and development retardation.The clinical effect is quite good and it is worthy of promotion.
