宫腔镜下冷刀切除术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统在子宫内膜息肉患者中的应用效果OA

Objective To investigate application effect of hysteroscopic cold knife resection combined with Levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system(LNG-IUS)in patients with endometrial polyp(EP).Methods A total of 166 patients with EP undergoing hysteroscopic cold knife resection in the Naval 971st Hospital of People's Liberation Army of China between January 2023 and January 2025 were selected.Patients were divided into two groups using a random number table method,83 cases in each group.The control group received Dydrogesterone therapy postoperatively,while the observation group received LNG-IUS therapy postoperatively.The treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower menstrual flow score and shorter menstrual duration than the control group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin(Hb)and red blood cell(RBC)levels in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 4.82%(4/83),which was lower than that in the control group(14.46%,12/83)(χ²=4.427,P=0.035).Conclusion The combination of hysteroscopic cold knife resection and LNG-IUS therapy for EP patients is highly effective,significantly reducing menstrual flow,shortening menstrual duration,improving Hb and RBC levels,and reducing the recurrence rate of EP.
