交能融合背景下干旱荒漠区新建公路服务区的新能源供电方案研究OA

能源是人类赖以生存和发展的重要物质基础,当前,全球新一轮科技革命和能源革命加快推进并深度演变,加快能源绿色低碳转型已成为全球可持续发展和应对气候变化的重大战略方向.在此背景下,应大力发展新能源,加快交通路域能源结构变革和转型,提升新能源利用率,以逐步形成绿色低碳能源体系.新疆维吾尔自治区的公路服务区较多,但大多位于干旱荒漠区,处于电网末梢,地域气候差异大,具有高温高寒、高海拔特性,自然环境恶劣,孤岛现象普遍.以位于干旱荒漠区的S24 线鄯善—库米什高速公路上的南山矿区服务区为例,首先介绍了该服务区的情况并分析了其用电量;然后结合当地的自然资源情况,对该服务区采用新能源供电方案时,光伏发电系统和储能系统的装机容量进行了合理规划,并以柴油发电机组作为备用应急供能设备,以满足服务区的用能需求;最后通过与国网供电方案进行对比,验证了新能源供电方案的经济性.研究结果表明:若南山矿区服务区运营期按25 年考虑,相较于采用国网供电方案,采用新能源供电方案具有良好的经济性.

Energy is a crucial material foundation for human survival and development.Currently,the global new round of technological and energy revolutions are accelerating and undergoing profound evolution.Accelerating the green and low-carbon transformation of energy system has become a major strategic direction for global sustainable development and addressing climate change.Against this backdrop,vigorously developing new energy,accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the energy structure in transportation areas,and enhancing the utilization rate of new energy have become crucial steps towards gradually forming a green and low-carbon energy system.The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,boasts numerous highway transportation points,most of which are located in arid desert areas and at the end of power grids.The regional climate varies greatly,characterized by high temperatures,extreme cold,and high altitudes,with harsh natural environments and widespread islanding phenomena.This paper takes the Nanshan Mining Area service area on the S24 Shanshan-Kumish expressway,located in an arid desert area,as an example.Firstly,the situation of the service area is introduced and its electricity consumption is analyzed.Then combined with local natural resource conditions,installed capacity of PV power generation systems and energy storage systems are reasonably planned when adopting a new energy power supply scheme for the service area.Diesel generator sets are used as backup emergency power supply equipment to meet the energy demand of the service area.Finally,by comparing with the power supply scheme provided by the State Grid,the economic efficiency of the new energy power supply scheme is verified.The research results show that if the operation period of the Nanshan Mining Area service area is considered to be 25 years,adopting the new energy power supply scheme is more economical compared to the power supply scheme provided by the State Grid.
