面向最优业务投递率的巨型星座渐进式部署算法OA

Progressive Deployment Algorithm of Mega-Constellations for Optimal Service Delivery Rate

巨型星座的建设周期较长,且投资成本高昂.在星座建设初期,由于卫星在轨数量较少且分布较为稀疏,星上数据回传等通信能力受到显著限制.为提高星座在渐进式部署过程中的数据回传服务能力,提出一种新型渐进式星座部署算法.首先构建了一个综合考虑多平面部署时间与燃料成本的部署模型,并设定了优化重访时间长度分布与提升网络可达概率的双重目标,旨在确保在星座部署初期实现更高的网络连通性与数据回传效率.仿真结果表明,与基于相同轨道平面的星座部署算法和基于最小重访时间标准差算法等传统星座部署算法相比,所提算法能够将星座建设初期的业务投递成功率分别从65.6%和76.8%均提升至90%.

Mega-constellations are characterized by a prolonged deployment lifecycle and significant capital expenditure.During the ini-tial deployment phase,the limited number and sparse distribution of on-orbit satellites severely restrict communication capabilities,such as satellite-to-ground data transmission.To enhance the data transmission capability during the satellite deployment,this paper introduces a novel constellation deployment algorithm.The algorithm first establishes a deployment model that comprehensively considers multi-plane deployment time and fuel costs.It then sets the dual objectives of optimizing the duration of revisit times and improving network reachability,ensuring higher network connectivity and data transmission efficiency.Simulation results demonstrate that,compared to de-ployment based on the same orbital plane and a strategy based on minimizing the standard deviation of revisit times,our proposed algo-rithm significantly increases the data delivery success rate in the initial deployment phase from 65.6%and 76.8%,respectively,to 90%.
