高可扩展性数据中心多对一通信拥塞控制方法OA
A multi-to-one communication congestion mitigation method for highly scalable data center networks
在众多发送者向单一接收者传输数据的场景中,接收者需处理来自众多源头的数据流,这导致了处理速度缓慢,进而引发了网络拥堵等问题.这些问题对数据中心的性能和扩展性造成了负面影响.为了解决这一问题,本文提出了一种针对数据中心多对一通信拥塞的控制方法.该方法通过分析多对一通信场景下的拥堵成因,并基于数据种类、发送节点和转发节点地理位置的数据包优先级,确定拥堵控制的顺序,增强拥堵控制的精确性,提升通信效率.通过实时监控缓冲区队列的使用情况,动态地判断网络通信是否出现拥堵,在检测到拥堵时,采用概率函数和拉格朗日乘数法来优化通信端口的大小,确保资源分配的合理性和效率.同时,利用一阶导数法计算接收端最佳连接线路数量,优化数据传输路径,进一步减少拥堵的可能性.实验结果证明,该方法能有效减少网络通信拥堵的风险,并且具有较低的丢包率.
In scenarios where numerous senders communicate with a single receiver,data is consolidated from vari-ous origins into one recipient.The receiver's handling of multiple data streams cannot swiftly complete the communi-cation process,leading to network congestion and severe problems that negatively impact the data center's perfor-mance and scalability.To ensure prompt responses and manage network congestion efficiently,this paper proposes a multi-to-one communication congestion control method tailored for highly scalable data center.By examining the congestion mechanisms in data center's many to one communication,the priority of data packets was established based on their type,originating node,and the geographic location of the forwarding node,thus determining the se-quence of congestion control.This enhanced the precision of congestion management and the overall efficiency of communication.Real-time monitoring of buffer queue occupancy dynamically assesses network communication con-gestion.Upon detecting congestion,a probability function and Lagrange multiplier technique are applied to optimize the size of communication ports,ensuring resources are allocated rationally and efficiently.In addition,the first-order derivative method was employed to calculate the optimal number of connection lines at the receiving end,opti-mizing the data transmission path and further diminishing the likelihood of congestion.Experimental outcomes dem-onstrate that the suggested approach effectively mitigates the risk of network communication congestion and maintains a low packet loss rate.
