基于情境分析与FBS的可卸式充电车设计研究OA
Research on Design of Detachable Charging Car Based on Situation Analysis and FBS
为解决固定充电桩的效率低下、灵活性低等问题,促进电车充电产业进一步发展,本研究设计一款可卸式充电车.首先,基于情境理论,从用户情境、任务情境、环境情境三方面全面分析,系统归纳完整的设计需求,发现产品的潜在问题,映射设计机会点,获取充电车主要设计特性;其次,通过层次分析法确定可卸式充电车层级指标并用SPSSAU进行权重值计算;最后,采用功能、行为、结构对设计要素进行层级映射,实现对可卸式充电车创新方案的实践转化.此实践验证了方法的可行性,为以后该方法在其他领域的应用提供了一定程度的借鉴,也为充电技术领域带来突破性创新.
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and low flexibility of fixed charging piles and promote the further development of the electric vehicle charging industry,a detachable charging vehicle is designed and studied.Firstly,based on the situation theory,this study comprehensively analyzed the user situation,task situation and envi-ronmental situation,systematically summarized the complete design requirements,found the potential problems of the product,mapped the design opportunities,and obtained the main design characteristics of the charging vehicle;se-condly,the hierarchical indices of the detachable charging car is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the weight value is calculated by SPSSAU.Finally,the function-behavior-structure hierarchy mapping of design elements is used to transform the innovative scheme of detachable charging vehicle into practice.The feasibility of the method is verified by practice,which provides a certain degree of reference for the application of this method in o-ther fields in the future and also brings breakthrough innovation in the field of charging.
