老龄化视域下农村互助养老参与意愿及影响因素研究OA
Research on the Participation Willingness and Influencing Factors of Rural Mutual-aid Elderly Care from the Perspective of Aging
为提升农村互助养老参与率并优化服务供给,基于社会支持理论、家庭养老功能替代理论,采用 CHARLS 2020 数据,运用二元Logistic回归模型进行分析.研究结果表明,社会医疗保险、社会养老保险、子女经济支持及健康状况对农村老年人参与互助养老行为呈现正相关;而与子女的关系、生活满意度则对农村老年人参与互助养老行为呈现负相关.异质性分析表明,健康状况与子女经济支持对参与意愿存在调节作用.据此,提出强化社保支撑、构建家社协同体系、聚焦健康心理需求、推进分类施策等对策,助力农村互助养老可持续发展.
To increase the participation rate of rural mutual-aid elderly care and optimize service provision,based on social support theory and family caregiving replacement theory,using CHARLS 2020 data,a binary logistic regres-sion model was employed.The results indicate that social medical insurance,social pension insurance,financial sup-port from children,and health status are positively correlated with rural elderly people's participation in mutual-aid elderly care,whereas relationships with children and life satisfaction rate are negatively correlated with such partici-pation.Heterogeneity analysis shows that health status and financial support from children have a moderating effect on the willingness to participate.Based on this,strategies such as strengthening social security support,building a family-community collaborative system,focusing on health and psychological needs,and promoting targeted measures are proposed to support the sustainable development of rural mutual-aid elderly care.
