基于CiteSpace的针灸治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的国内研究热点与趋势可视化分析OA
Visual analysis of research hotspots and trends in domestic acupuncture treatment for tem-poromandibular joint disorders based on CiteSpace
目的 基于CiteSpace探究针灸治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病(TMD)的国内研究热点及发展趋势,为该领域的临床与基础研究提供一定的参考.方法 检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)和中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)自2000年1月1日至2025年6月30日收录的针灸治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的文献,运用CiteSpace 6.4.R1 Advance软件对作者、机构、关键词等绘制知识图谱并进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入文献304篇,发文数量呈波动增长趋势,研究类型不断丰富.共分析得出510名作者,333所发文机构,以河北省中医院、浙江中医药大学为代表,形成核心研究团队.但机构间缺乏紧密合作,未形成明显的跨区域研究.共纳入关键词228个,形成10个聚类标签,主要包括治疗方式、症状体征、疗效和选穴4大类;关键词突现分析显示针灸治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的手段逐渐综合化,治疗方法从单纯针刺治疗过渡至与物理治疗、手法联合,针刺方法也由针刺、温针灸治疗到电针、针刀、皮内针等多种针灸治疗手段.结论 针灸治疗TMD的研究逐步深入,未来应加强研究团队间合作,提高临床研究质量,注重机制探讨,加强基础研究,为临床推广及更深层面的探索提供依据.
Objective To explore domestic research hotspots and development trends in acupuncture treatment for temporomandibular joint disorders(TMD)using CiteSpace,and to provide reference for clinical and basic research in this field.Methods Literature on acu-puncture treatment for TMD was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(Wanfang),VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP),and China Biomedical Literature Service System(CBM)from Janu-ary 1,2000 to June 30,2025.CiteSpace 6.4.R1 Advance software was used to visualize knowledge maps of authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 304 articles were included,showing a fluctuating growth trend in publication quantity and increasing diver-sity in research types.The analysis identified 510 authors and 333 institutions,with core research teams represented by Hebei Provin-cial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Zhejiang Chinese Medical University.However,there was a lack of close collabora-tion between institutions,and no significant cross-regional research was formed.A total of 228 keywords were included,forming 10 cluster labels,mainly categorized into four types:treatment methods,symptoms and signs,therapeutic effects,and acupoint selection.Keyword burst analysis revealed that the approaches of acupuncture treatment for TMD are gradually becoming comprehensive,transi-tioning from simple acupuncture therapy to combination with physical therapy and manual techniques.The acupuncture methods also evolved from traditional needle insertion and warm moxibustion to various means such as electroacupuncture(EA),acupotomy,and intradermal needles.Conclusion Research on acupuncture treatment for TMD has been gradually deepened.In the future,it is neces-sary to strengthen cooperation between research teams,improve the quality of clinical research,focus on mechanism exploration,and enhance basic research,so as to provide a basis for clinical promotion and further exploration.
