在双碳战略实施与"十五五"规划推进背景下,石化行业面临严峻碳减排压力,生物技术成为其绿色转型的核心路径.文章结合国内外生物制造政策导向,系统研究生物技术与石化产业融合的路径及实践进展.非粮原料生物转化已实现多元突破,如秸秆经酶解发酵生产丁二酸等平台化学品;工业尾气生物转化进入工业示范阶段,微藻固碳制生物柴油技术逐渐成熟.工艺革新层面,PET酶解再生建成工业装置,微生物驱油使采收率提升超10个百分点,工程菌种实现石化污水高效降解.化学品与材料领域,生物法1,3-丙二醇实现国产化,PLA/PHA等生物基材料在农业、医疗领域实现规模化应用.结果表明,尽管技术成熟度与经济性方面仍存挑战,但随着政策支撑强化与技术迭代,生物技术将从原料、工艺、产品全链条赋能石化产业,推动其实现原料绿色化、生产低碳化与产品高值化的战略转型.

Against the backdrop of the advancement of the"dual carbon"strategy and the implementation of the 14th Five-Year Plan,the petrochemical industry is confronted with carbon emission reduction pressures.Biotechnology has emerged as a core pathway for its green transformation.This paper,drawing on the policy orientations of bio-manufacturing both domestically and internationally,systematically examines the integration pathways and practical progress of biotechnology and the petrochemical industry.Diversified breakthroughs have been achieved in the bioconversion of non-grain raw materials:agricultural straw is converted into platform chemicals such as succinic acid through enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation;the bioconversion of industrial waste gas has reached the industrial demonstration stage;and the technology for microalgae-based carbon sequestration to produce biodiesel is gradually maturing.In terms of process innovation,industrial plants for enzymatic hydrolysis and recycling of PET have been established;microbial oil displacement has increased oil recovery by more than 10 percentage points;and engineered bacterial strains have enabled efficient degradation of petrochemical wastewater.In the field of chemicals and materials,the domestic production of 1,3-propanediol via biological methods has been realized,and bio-based materials such as polylactic acid(PLA)and polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHA)have been applied on a large scale in the agricultural and medical sectors.The conclusion indicates that despite challenges such as insufficient technological maturity and high costs,with the strengthening of policy support and technological iteration,biotechnology will empower the petrochemical industry through the entire chain of raw materials,processes,and products,driving its strategic transformation towards greener raw materials,low-carbon production,and high-value products.
