中国新能源汽车产业"十四五"发展回顾与"十五五"展望OA

During the period of the 14th Five-Year Plan,China's new energy vehicle(NEV)industry achieved a critical transition from being driven by both policy and market forces to being predominantly market-led,establishing a global leading position in terms of production and sales scale,core technologies,and industrial chain competitiveness.This paper systematically reviews the industry's accomplishments in market expansion,the shift in technological focus,and the reshaping of the competitive landscape.Based on the characteristics observed at the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan period in 2025,it analyzes the core challenges faced in transitioning towards high-quality development,including sustaining endogenous growth,profit margin pressures,and the complexities of globalization.Looking ahead to the 15th Five-Year Plan period,the study posits that the industry will enter a phase of deep adjustment characterized by intelligentization,ecological integration,and in-depth global engagement.Industry competition is expected to accelerate the evolution from"scale expansion"towards"value creation"and"system-level competition".This analysis aims to provide a reference for the industry to build a long-term,sustainable competitive advantage.
