在中国经济增速换挡、产业结构调整及"双碳"目标约束的背景下,交通领域用能结构正经历深刻变革.为研判车用能源中长期发展路径,并为石油石化企业转型提供决策参考,文章系统审视了成品油消费历史特征及替代能源发展态势.基于对国内成品油消费历史数据的梳理,结合汽车保有量及车型结构演变趋势,构建了车用汽柴油中长期需求趋势的分析框架;同时,通过对比电力、LNG、氢能、甲醇及生物柴油等替代燃料的发展现状与经济性(比价关系),评估了各类替代路线的竞争潜力.研究发现:①国内成品油需求已进入高位平台期,汽、柴油消费峰值特征显现;②车用能源结构正加速向"减油增电、多元并用"演变,新能源汽车渗透率持续快速提升;③不同替代燃料在技术成熟度、经济性和基础设施依赖度上呈现显著差异,其中电力在乘用车领域优势突出,LNG在商用车领域占据先机,氢能与甲醇仍处于商业化探索阶段.未来车用能源将呈现多元化竞争格局,成品油需求进入长期下行通道.结合成品油流通管理新规、充电设施"三年倍增"行动及低空经济等新兴政策导向,建议石油石化企业应立足现有优势,主动参与综合能源补给网络建设,并关注替代燃料与现有产业链的融合机会.后续需进一步量化政策扰动对替代进程的影响,并关注低空经济等新业态带来的潜在增量市场.

Against the backdrop of China's economic slowdown,industrial restructuring,and the constraints of the dual carbon goals,the energy consumption structure in the transportation sector is undergoing profound changes.To assess the medium-to long-term development path of vehicle energy and provide decision-making references for the transformation of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,this paper systematically examines the historical characteristics of refined oil consumption and the development trends of alternative energies.Based on a review of historical data on domestic refined oil demand,combined with trends in vehicle ownership and fleet composition,an analytical framework for the medium-to long-term demand trends of automotive gasoline and diesel is constructed.Simultaneously,by comparing the development status and economic efficiency(price parity)of alternative fuels such as electricity,LNG,hydrogen,methanol,and biodiesel,the competitive potential of various alternative pathways is evaluated.The study finds that:① Domestic refined oil demand has entered a high plateau phase,with peak characteristics evident in gasoline and diesel consumption;② The vehicle energy structure is accelerating its evolution towards"oil reduction and electrification,and a diversified energy mix,"with the penetration rate of new energy vehicles continuing to rise rapidly;③ Significant differences exist among alternative fuels in terms of technological maturity,economic efficiency,and infrastructure dependence,with electricity having a prominent advantage in the passenger vehicle sector,LNG taking the lead in the commercial vehicle sector,and hydrogen and methanol still in the commercial exploration stage.Future vehicle energy will present a diversified competitive landscape,with refined oil consumption entering a long-term downward channel.Considering emerging policy directions such as the new regulations on refined oil circulation management,the"three-year doubling"action plan for charging infrastructure,and the low-altitude economy,it is recommended that petroleum and petrochemical enterprises leverage their existing advantages,actively participate in the construction of integrated energy supply networks,and focus on opportunities to integrate alternative fuels with existing industrial chains.Future research needs to further quantify the impact of policy interventions on the substitution process and pay attention to the potential incremental market brought by new business forms like the low-altitude economy.
