Effects of crawfish powder application on soil bulk density and nutrients

为探究施用小龙虾副产物对土壤理化性质的影响,本研究设计不施肥(N0)、施用化肥(N12)和不同用量粉末状虾粉X200、X250及X300的田间对比试验,分析了土壤容重、pH、有机质和养分含量的变化.结果表明,在0~20 cm 土壤耕层内,2年中N0与N12处理的土壤容重均未达到显著差异,X200、X250和X300较N12处理土壤容重的均值分别降低7%、8.4%和8.5%,且均达到显著差异.2年中N0处理的土壤pH值最高,而N12、X200、X250和X300处理间差异较小.2年中X200、X250和X300较N12处理的土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、碱解氮和有效磷含量未达到显著差异,而土壤速效钾含量在水稻生育后期均呈显著降低趋势.与N0处理相比,2年中N12、X200、X250和X300处理的土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、碱解氮和有效磷含量均呈显著增加趋势,其中土壤有机质含量的增幅分别为4.9%~17.3%、5.5%~14.6%、4.6%~16%和6.8%~14.5%;土壤全钾含量未达到显著差异;除N12处理外,X200、X250和X300处理在水稻生育后期的土壤速效钾含量呈显著降低.综上,施用粉末状虾粉可降低土壤容重,增加土壤有机质含量,提升土壤养分含量(除速效钾外),进而有助于改善土壤结构和提升土壤肥力.

We investigated the effects of applying crayfish by-products on soil physicochemical properties based on a field experiment with treatments including no fertilization(N0),chemical fertilizer application(N12),and dif-ferent application rates of crayfish powder(X200,X250 and X300).We analyzed the changes in soil bulk density,pH,organic matter and nutrient contents under different treatments.The results showed that there was no significant difference in soil bulk density of the 0-20 cm soil plough layer between the N0 and N12 treatments in two years of the trial,while the soil bulk density in X200,X250 and X300 were 7%,8.4%and 8.5%lower than that in the N12 treatment respectively.Soil pH in the N0 treatment was the highest in two years,while there were minor differ-ences among the N12,X200,X250,and X300 treatments.In two years of the trial,the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus in the X200,X250 and X300 treatments did not show significant differences compared with the N12 treatment,while the soil available potassium content showed a significant decreasing trend in the later growth stage of rice.Compared with the N0 treatment,the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,alkali-hydrolyzable ni-trogen and available phosphorus in the N12,X200,X250 and X300 treatments significantly increased in two years,among which the increase ranges of soil organic matter were 4.9%-17.3%,5.5%-14.6%,4.6%-16%and 6.8%-14.5%respectively;soil total potassium content did not show significant differences.Except for the N12 treatment,soil available potassium content in the X200,X250 and X300 treatments significantly decreased in the later growth stage of rice.In conclusion,applying crayfish powder can reduce soil bulk density,increase soil organic matter content and soil nutrient contents(except available potassium),thus contributing to improving soil structure and fertility.
