基于中西医临床病证特点的退行性腰椎管狭窄症动物模型分析OA

Degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis(DLSS)is a common disease in middle-aged and elderly people with lumbar and leg pain and activity limitation,and the establishment of a standardized animal model of DLSS with Chinese and Western clinical characteristics is of great significance to the analysis of the disease.The article summarizes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing animal models of DLSS and the degree of agreement with the clinic,with reference to the etiology and clinical diagnostic standards of Chinese and Western medicine.The current DLSS models were found to exhibit higher clinical characteristics with Western medicine than with traditional Chinese medicine.Among all DLSS models,the lysophosphatidic acid-induced model demonstrated the highest clinical characteristics with both Western and traditional Chinese medicine.At the present stage,the animal model of DLSS should be further improved according to the contents of TCM symptoms,and a composite model with the dynamic pathogenesis of the"deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality"should be constructed through the cross-validation of TCM and Western medicine pathologic mechanisms.In the future,we should focus on promoting the construction of accurate models for the objective evaluation of Chinese medicine symptoms and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatments.
