药用植物作为现代医学和传统医药体系的重要资源,其遗传改良对提升药用成分含量和保障药材质量具有战略意义.药用植物目标性状复杂、育种周期长等问题制约药用植物优良种质选育效率.全基因组选择育种是一种利用高密度标记进行选择育种的新方法,旨在通过早期选择缩短世代间隔,提高育种值的估计准确性,可有效提高目标性状的选择效率、缩短育种周期,为突破药用植物复杂性状协同改良瓶颈提供了创新路径.本文系统综述了药用植物全基因组选择育种的育种策略、预测模型的构建及应用现状,深入总结了药用植物全基因组选择育种面临的挑战及其发展前景.药用植物全基因组选择育种的突破将推动药用植物育种进入"智能设计"新阶段,为中医药资源可持续利用提供科技支撑.

Medicinal plants,as crucial resources for both modern medicine and traditional medical systems,hold strategic significance in enhancing medicinal component content and ensuring medicinal material quality through genetic improvement.However,the complex target traits of medicinal plants and the long breeding cycle and other issues restrict the efficiency of selecting and breeding superior germplasms of medicinal plants.Genomic selection(GS)breeding,a novel approach utilizing high-density genetic markers,aims to shorten generational intervals through early selection and improve the accuracy of breeding value estimation.This method effectively enhances the selection efficiency for target traits and reduces breeding cycles,offering an innovative pathway to overcome the bottleneck of coordinated improvement of complex traits in medicinal plants.This review systematically reviews GS breeding strategy and construction of the predictive model,and their current applications in medicinal plant.Furthermore,it provides a comprehensive summary of existing challenges and prospects of GS breeding of medicinal plants.The breakthrough in GS breeding of medicinal plants will drive the breeding of medicinal plants into a new stage of"intelligent design",providing scientific and technological support for the sustainable utilization of traditional Chinese medicine resources.
