为了优化绿豆DUS测试,为绿豆新品种选育提供参考依据,研究对 2023年绿豆新品种申请测试的24份品种的31个性状进行聚类、多样性、相关性、变异系数等综合分析.结果表明,下胚轴花青苷显色、小叶基部花青苷显色、种子种皮光泽等3 个质量性状的遗传多样性均偏低,83.33%~87.50%的品种表现为下胚轴和小叶基部花青苷显色、种子有光泽,表型高度趋同;10 个数量性状中,成熟期的遗传多样性指数最高、主茎茸毛最低;所有测试品种均为三小叶表型,叶柄花青苷显色强度以弱表达为主,植株分枝与主茎夹角普遍在中等及以上.7个核心数量性状里,荚果数的变异系数最大,为28.53%,荚果种子数变异系数最小,为6.25%.相关性分析结果表明,株高与主茎节数、荚果长度与百粒质量均呈极显著正相关,其中荚果长度对百粒质量正向贡献最大,株高、荚果数与百粒质量呈负相关.聚类分析结果将24份品种分为5类,荚果长度与荚果数在类群间区别度较高,可作为绿豆新品种特异性判定的核心性状.

In order to optimize the DUS testing of mung bean.provide reference for breeding new varieties of mung bean.In this study,the clustering,diversity,correlation,and coefficient of variation of 31 traits of 24 varieties applying the mung bean new variety testing in 2023 were comprehensively analyzed.The result showed that the genetic diversity of three quality traits(anthocyanin coloration of hypocotyl,anthocyanin coloration of leaflet base,and seed coat luster)was all low,and 83.33%-87.50%of the varieties showed anthocyanin coloration of hypocotyl and leaflet base with glossy seeds,presenting a highly convergent phenotype.Among the 10 quantitative traits,the genetic diversity index of maturity stage was the highest,and the index of main stem villi was the lowest,all tested varieties had a trifoliolate phenotype,the anthocyanin coloration intensity of petiole was dominated by weak expression,and the angle between plant branches and main stem was generally above the medium level.Among the 7 core quantitative traits,the coefficient of variation of plant pod number was the largest(28.53%),and that of pod seed number was the smallest(6.25%).Plant height was extremely significantly positively correlated with the number of main stem nodes,and pod length was extremely significantly positively correlated with 100-seed weight,among which pod length had the greatest positive contribution to 100-seed weight,while plant height and pod number were negatively correlated with 100-seed weight.Cluster analysis divided the 24 varieties into 5 groups,and pod length and pod number had a high degree of differentiation among the groups,so the two traits could be used as the core traits for judging the distinctness of new mung bean varieties.
