水泵机组作为泵站的关键设备之一,对农业和城市工业供水有着至关重要的作用.随着语音识别相关的声纹特征提取技术的发展,目前也被用于很多领域,但应用于水泵相关的研究较少,且现场机组运行时信号容易受其他噪声的影响,易导致提取的特征参数不稳定,为了更好地体现出水泵机组运行时的特征,提出一种改进的PNCC特征提取方法,通过提取机组声纹信号的能量谱包络,筛掉部分与其无关的细节特征,得到改进PNCC特征提取参数.之后与PNCC、MFCC和GFCC方法提取的特征参数的稳定性进行比较,所得结果为改进PNCC所提取的特征参数更稳定.

As a piece of key equipment in pumping station,the water pump unit plays a vital role in agricultural and urban industrial water supply.The voiceprint feature extraction technology related to automatic speech recognition(ASR)is continuously improving and currently used in many fields.However,there are few studies on water pumps.In addition,when the units are operating on site,the signals are are susceptible to interference from other noises,easily leading to unstable extracted feature parameters.In order to better reflect the characteristics of the pump units during operation,this paper proposes a feature extraction method based on improved PNCC.This method extracts the energy spectrum envelope of the unit voiceprint signals,and screens out some irrelevant detailed features to obtain feature extraction parameters based on improved PNCC.The stability of characteristic parameters extracted by the improved PNCC method is compared with those by PNCC,MFCC,and GFCC methods.The results show that the characteristic parameters extracted by the improved PNCC method are more stable.
