针对梅州山区河道堤防填筑质量控制难题,将EDEM离散元模拟与智能压实技术相结合,提出了一种基于离散元模拟的智能压实质量动态控制方法,通过EDEM软件建立了堤防填筑材料的离散元模型,模拟了不同压实工况下的颗粒运动行为,优化了智能压实参数.研究结果表明,该方法能有效提高梅州山区河道堤防填筑质量,实现压实过程的实时监测和动态控制,现场应用验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,为山区河道堤防工程建设提供了新的技术手段.

This paper combines EDEM discrete element simulation with intelligent compaction technology to propose an intelligent compaction quality dynamic control method based on discrete element simulation for the quality control of river embankment filling in Meizhou mountainous area.A discrete element model of embankment filling materials was established using EDEM software to simulate particle motion behavior under different compaction conditions and optimize intelligent compaction parameters.The research results indicate that this method can effectively improve the quality of embankment filling in the mountainous areas of Meizhou,and achieve real-time monitoring and dynamic control of the compaction process.The on-site application has verified the feasibility and effectiveness of this method,providing a new technical means for the construction of river embankments in mountainous areas.
