一起中孔工作闸门关闭失败事件分析与处置OA
Analysis and treatment of the failure event of closing the working gate of a central hole
某水电站 4 号中孔工作闸门向下游电站补水完毕关闭时,中孔工作闸门下落至 6 492 mm 时停止下落,落门流程异常中断.通过详细分析中孔工作闸门的落门流程,结合中孔工作闸门水封退出/投入逻辑,找出闸门关闭 2 继电器 KA4'故障是造成 4 号中孔工作闸门关闭失败的原因.通过更换继电器和优化操作流程等防范措施,有效避免了此类问题导致闸门关闭失败,为同类型水电站预防及处理类似问题提供参考.
When the working gate of the middle hole No.4 of a hydropower project was closed after completing water supply to the downstream hydropower project,the working gate of the middle hole stopped falling when it fell to 6492mm,and the falling process was interrupted abnormally.Based on the detailed analysis of the drop flow of the middle hole working gate and the exit/putting logic of the water seal of the middle hole work-ing gate,the paper finds out that the failure of gate closing 2 relay KA4'is the reason for the failure of gate closing No.4 middle hole working gate.By replacing the relay and optimizing the operation process and other preventive measures,the failure of gate closing caused by such problems is effectively avoided.This paper pro-vides reference for the prevention and treatment of similar problems in similar hydropower projects.
