以西南某水电站观测墩大坝水平位移监测数据与真空激光所测数据不一致为例,在仪器精度及性能、气象元素、仪器检定参数、计算过程准确性方面对异常情况进行分析,结果表明:坝顶顺河向水平位移变化趋势主要因仪器监测参数变化引起系统性误差,数据异常期间检定加、乘常数较 2016 年正向增大,导致边长改算增大,因大坝监测工作基点位于上游两岸边坡,造成大坝水平顺河向下游位移趋势,但总体变量较小,无异常变化.

Taking the inconsistent data of the horizontal displacement of the dam of a hydropower project in the southwest as an example,the abnormal situation was analyzed in terms of the accuracy and performance of the instrument,meteorological elements,instrument verification parameters,and the accuracy of the calculation process.The results show that the trend of the horizontal displacement of the dam top in the direction of the river mainly results from the systematic error caused by the change of the monitoring parameters of the instru-ment.During the period of abnormal data,the addition and multiplication constants of the verification were positively increased compared with those in 2016,resulting in an increase in the length correction.As the working base points of the dam monitoring are located on the slopes on both banks upstream,the dam shows a trend of horizontal displacement downstream along the river,but the overall variation is small and there is no abnormal change.
