山地丘陵光储项目因地形复杂、施工点位分散、多专业交叉作业等特点,成为工程监理质量管控的重难点.以山西昔阳项目为研究对象,结合项目山地丘陵地貌、高海拔作业特征,梳理全流程施工各阶段监理工作内容,明确各分部工程质量管控要点,针对施工中出现的典型质量问题,提出针对性监理处置措施.研究结果可为同类项目施工监理质量管控提供实践参考,助力提升山地光伏工程建设质量与施工效率.

The mountainous and hilly photovoltaic storage projects,due to its complex terrain,scattered con-struction sites,and multi-disciplinary cross-operation,have become a key and challenging area for quality con-trol in engineering supervision.Taking the Xiyang Project in Shanxi Province as the research object,combined with the mountainous and hilly terrain and high-altitude operation characteristics of the project,the supervision work contents in each stage of the entire construction process were sorted out,the key points of quality control for each section were clarified,and targeted supervision measures were proposed for typical quality problems that occurred during the construction.The research results can provide practical references for the construction supervision quality control of similar projects,and help to improve the construction quality and efficiency of mountain photovoltaic projects.
