野八角化学成分及其生物活性研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Chemical Constituents and Biological Activities of Illicium simonsii Maxim
野八角(Illicium simonsii Maxim)是木兰科(Magno-liaceae)八角属(Illicium L.),多年生乔木或灌木.因果实、叶片及花序均含有毒性成分,长期以来,该物种在学术研究与资源开发领域未受广泛关注.为系统梳理野八角的研究脉络,并为其后续开发提供理论依据,文章旨在通过整合近 30 年国内外相关文献,对野八角的化学成分及其生物活性研究进展进行综述,重点聚焦黄酮类、萜类、苯丙素类、木脂素类和植物醌类化合物的结构特征及其在毒性机制、抗病毒、抑菌活性和神经保护等方面的生物活性研究成果.
Illicium simonsii Maxim is a perennial tree or shrub belonging to the genus Illicium L.in the family Magnoliaceae.Because toxic components are present in its fruits,leaves,and inflorescences,this species has long failed to receive extensive attention in academic research and resource development.To systematically sort out the research progress of I.simonsii and provide a theoretical basis for its subsequent development and utilization,this paper reviews the research advances in its chemical constituents and biological activities over the past 30 years by integrating relevant Chinese and international litera-ture.It focuses on the structural characteristics of flavonoids,terpenoids,phenylpropanoids,lignans,and quinones,as well as research findings on their biological activities,including toxicity mechanisms,antiviral effects,antibacterial activities,and neuroprotective effects.
