淹水胁迫对不同种源池杉幼苗生物量与根系形态的影响OA
Effects of Flooding Stress on the Biomass and Root Morphology of Taxodium distichum var.imbricarium Seedlings from Different Provenances
为了阐明不同种源池杉幼苗生物量与根系形态对水淹环境响应特征,以 3 个种源池杉幼苗为研究对象,设置不同淹水深度,研究淹水胁迫对不同种源池杉幼苗生物量及根系形态特征的影响,同时采用主成分分析法及隶属函数法,综合评价不同种源池杉的耐淹性.结果表明,随着淹水深度的增大,不同种源池杉的株高、地径、根生物量、茎生物量、叶生物量、总根长、根表面积及根尖数总体呈先上升后下降趋势.比根长和比根面积在浙江安吉种源表现为先下降后上升趋势,广西凭祥种源总体呈下降趋势,江西分宜种源无显著变化.采用主成分分析法和隶属函数法进行综合评价,可知,3 个种源池杉幼苗的耐淹性表现为广西凭祥>江西分宜>浙江安吉.池杉在轻度水淹环境下生长状况良好,但重度淹水胁迫会抑制其生长,不同种源池杉的生物量和根系对淹水胁迫的响应有所差异,广西凭祥种源的耐水淹能力较强.
To clarify the response characteristics of biomass and root morphology of Taxodium distichum var.Imbricarium seedlings from different provenances to flooded environments,seedlings of T.distichum var.imbricarium from three prove-nances were used as research materials.Different flooding depths were set to study the effects of flooding stress on the bio-mass and root morphological characteristics of seedlings from different provenances.Meanwhile,principal component analy-sis and membership function analysis were adopted to comprehensively evaluate the flooding tolerance of T.distichum var.imbricarium from different provenances.The results showed that with increasing flooding depth,the plant height,ground di-ameter,root biomass,stem biomass,leaf biomass,total root length,root surface area,and root tip number of T.distichum var.imbricarium from different provenances generally showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.For specific root length and specific root surface area,the Anji(Zhejiang Province)provenance showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing;the Pingxiang(Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region)provenance showed an overall decreasing trend;and the Fenyi(Jiangxi Province)provenance had no significant change.Comprehensive evaluation by principal component analysis and membership function analysis indicated that the flooding tolerance of seedlings from the three provenances ranked as follows:Guangxi Pingxiang>Jiangxi Fenyi>Zhejiang Anji.T.distichum var.imbricarium grew well under mild flooding con-ditions,but severe flooding stress would inhibit its growth.The responses of biomass and root systems to flooding stress var-ied among different provenances,and the Pingxiang(Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region)provenance had strong flooding tolerance.
