花椰菜种子的破损度对其出苗及苗期生长影响OA
The Effect of Seed Damage Degree on Germination,Emergence,and Seedling Growth of Cauliflower
花椰菜种子破损影响了种子的质量和价值,也影响了种子在生产中的萌发、出苗及苗期生长发育.为此,针对花椰菜种子的破损度对其萌发率、出苗率及苗期生长的影响进行了研究,进而为花椰菜制繁种生产提供理论依据.结果表明,A 处理(种子完好,种皮无破损)在萌发率、出苗率及植株长势和干物质积累等方面表现最好;随着种子破损度的增加,种子萌发率、出苗率及植株长势和干物质积累表现依次变差.研究试验以期为花椰菜种子生产提供理论依据.
Seed damage in cauliflower affects seed quality and value,and also influences germination,seedling emergence,and seedling growth and development in production.This study investigated the influence of seed damage degree on germina-tion rate,seedling emergence rate,and seedling growth.This study provides a theoretical basis for cauliflower seed production and propagation.The results showed that undamaged seeds(Treatment A,the seeds are intact,with no damage to the seed coat)performed the best in terms of germination rate,seedling emergence rate,plant vigor,and dry matter accumulation.With the increase in the degree of seed damage,the germination rate,seedling emergence rate,plant vigor,and dry matter accumulation performance gradually deteriorated.This study is expected to provide a theoretical basis for cauliflower seed production.
