探究橡胶林下套种黄精和玫瑰育苗对土壤中细菌群落的影响,为橡胶林下黄精高产栽培和玫瑰高效育苗及其产业发展橡提供科学依据.通过 16S 测序和生物信息学分析对景洪市普文镇橡胶林园未套种和套种黄精和有无育苗玫瑰的土壤的细菌群落结构和多样性进行比较分析.在黄精样本中,根际土壤样本(HJ1)的细菌群落的丰度和多样性要显著高于根部土壤(HJ2)和未种植黄精的土壤(HJ3),可以推测出黄精根系的分泌物可以促进某些细菌群落的发育繁殖,但是 Gemmatimonadetes、硝化螺旋菌门(Nitrospirota)、蓝细菌门(Cyanobacteria)在 HJ1 中聚集量极少,有可能是黄精根系分泌物抑制了这 3 门细菌的生长发育;在玫瑰样本中,育苗玫瑰的土壤样本(MG3)中土壤细菌相较于根际样本(MG1)和根部样本(MG2)具有最高的群落丰度和多样性,可以推测出玫瑰根系的分泌物能抑制某些细菌群落的发育繁殖,尤其是变形菌门(Proteobacteria),梭杆菌门(Fusobacteriota)、泉古菌门(Crenarchaeota)在MG1 中聚集量极少,在进行 LEfSe 分析后发现,6 组土壤样本均具有能区别的生物标记物.在橡胶园套种黄精和玫瑰育苗对橡胶林下土壤中细菌的群落结构和多样性有显著影响,种植了黄精的土壤中细菌的丰度和多样性要显著高于未种植黄精的土壤样本,相反,玫瑰育苗的土壤中细菌的丰度和多样性要显著低于未育苗玫瑰的土壤样本.研究不仅深化了对橡胶林下种植黄精和玫瑰育苗对土壤微生物影响的认知,同时也为发展橡胶林下经济提供一定的科学参考,为多样化发展橡胶林下经济奠定了科学的基础.

This study aimed to explore the effects of interplanting Polygonatum sibiricum and raising rose seedlings on soil bacterial communities in rubber plantations and to provide a scientific basis for the high-yield cultivation of P.sibiricum,effi-cient seedling raising of roses,and the development of related industries under rubber forests.The bacterial community struc-ture and diversity of noninterplanted soil,P.sibiricum-interplanted soil,and rose seedling-raising soil in rubber plantations of Puwen Town,Jinghong City,were compared and analyzed by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and bioinformatics analysis.For the P.sibiricum samples,the abundance and diversity of bacterial communities in the rhizosphere soil sample(HJ1)were sig-nificantly higher than those in the root zone soil(HJ2)and noninterplanted soil(HJ3).It could be inferred that root exudates of P.sibiricum could promote the growth and reproduction of certain bacterial communities.However,the abundances of Gemmatimonadetes,Nitrospirota,and Cyanobacteria were extremely low in HJ1,which might be due to the inhibition of these three phyla by P.sibiricum root exudates.For the rose samples,the soil bacterial community in the rose seedling-raising soil(MG3)had the highest abundance and diversity compared with the rhizosphere soil(MG1)and root zone soil(MG2).It could be inferred that root exudates of roses could inhibit the growth and reproduction of certain bacterial communities,espe-cially Proteobacteria;the abundances of Fusobacteriota and Crenarchaeota were extremely low in MG1.LEfSe analysis re-vealed that all six groups of soil samples had distinguishable biomarkers.Interplanting P.sibiricum and raising rose seedlings in rubber plantations had significant effects on the structure and diversity of soil bacterial communities under rubber forests.The abundance and diversity of soil bacteria in P.sibiricum-interplanted soil were significantly higher than those in noninter-planted soil.In contrast,the abundance and diversity of soil bacteria in rose seedling-raising soil were significantly lower than those in nonseedling-raising soil.This study deepened the understanding of the effects of P.sibiricum interplanting and rose seed-ling raising on soil microorganisms in rubber forests,obtained preliminary conclusions,provided scientific references for the develop-ment of an underrubber forest economy,and laid a scientific foundation for the diversified development of this industry.
