机电专业模块化教学与产业协同创新教育模式探讨OA
Discussion on modularised teaching and industry collaborative innovation education mode for electromechanical specialties
本文围绕机电专业模块化教学改革与产业协同创新教育模式展开探讨.首先分析当前职业教育中存在的课程设置碎片化、教学内容脱离岗位需求等问题,提出构建"基础—核心—拓展—提升"4 层递进式模块体系,打破学科壁垒,强化课程之间的逻辑关联,探索"校企共建课程、项目融合教学、实岗嵌入实践"的协同育人路径.通过实践案例验证该模式在提升学生综合素养、促进校企资源共享和推动产教融合中的积极作用.研究表明,模块化教学与产业协同创新模式是推动机电专业教育高质量发展的有效路径,对培养契合新质生产力要求的技术技能人才具有重要意义.
This paper discusses the modular teaching reform of electromechanical speciality and the collaborative innova-tion education model of industry.First of all,it analyses the problems of fragmentation of curriculum and detachment of teaching content from job requirements in current vocational education,and proposes to build a four-layer progressive module system of'basic-core-expansion-enhancement',break the barriers between disciplines,and strengthen the logical connection between courses.It is proposed to build a four-level progressive module system of'basic-core-expansion-enhancement',break the disciplinary barriers,strengthen the logical connection between courses,explore the collaborative education path of'school-enterprise co-construction of curriculum,project-integrated teaching,and embedded in the practice of the real post',and then verify the positive role of this mode in enhancing students'comprehensive quality,promoting the sharing of resources between schools and enterprises,and promoting the integra-tion of industry and education through practical cases.The study shows that the modular teaching and industrial collabo-rative innovation model is an effective path to promote the high-quality development of electromechanical professional education,which is of great significance to cultivate technical and skilled talents that meet the requirements of new pro-ductivity.
