服务产业需求的机电专业模块化教学模式探索OA
Exploring the modularised teaching mode of electromechanical specialties to serve industrial demands
随着制造业服务化转型的加快,服务产业对机电技术应用型人才提出了更高的综合素养与职业能力要求.传统以学科为导向的机电专业课程体系难以满足现代产业对"快适应、强实操、懂服务"的技术技能人才需求.本文围绕服务产业的实际岗位需求,探索构建以工作过程为导向、能力本位为核心的模块化教学模式.通过课程模块重构、项目任务驱动、校企协同育人等手段,将教学内容按典型工作任务划分为若干实践性强、可灵活组合的教学模块,实现教学内容与岗位技能无缝对接,研究结果旨在为机电类专业课程改革与产业需求精准对接提供有益参考.
With the accelerated transformation of manufacturing services,the service industry has put forward higher comprehensive quality and vocational ability requirements for electromechanical technology applied talents.The tradition-al discipline-oriented electromechanical professional curriculum system has been difficult to meet the needs of modern industry for'fast adaptation,strong practical operation,understand the service'technical and skilled personnel.This paper focuses on the actual job requirements of the service industry,and explores the modular teaching mode which is o-riented to the work process and ability-based.By means of curriculum module reconstruction,project task-driven,school-enterprise collaborative education,the teaching content is divided into a number of practical,flexible combina-tion of teaching modules according to the typical work tasks,so as to realise the seamless connection between teaching content and job skills.The research in this paper aims to provide a useful reference for the precise docking of electrome-chanical professional curriculum reform and industrial demand.
