With population growth,increasing resource constraints,and uncertainty brought about by climate change,ensuring stable increase in maize production and improving food supply capacity has become an important task to ensure food security.This article comprehensively applies literature analysis,practical data analysis,and other methods to sys-tematically study the impact of agricultural innovation and soil fertility regulation on maize yield and quality.The charac-teristics,composition,and advantages of high-yield cultivation technology,agricultural innovation technology,and soil fertility regulation core technology are listed,emphasizing that the application of agricultural innovation and soil fertility regulation can effectively improve maize yield and quality,increase economic income,reduce environmental pollution,and promote green agricultural development.
