产教融合背景下复合型合成生物学与合成化学人才培养路径探索OA
Exploration of Interdisciplinary Talent Cultivation Paths in Synthetic Biology and Synthetic Chemistry Under the Background of Industry-Education Integration
在"新工科"的背景下,复合型合成生物学与合成化学人才培养是推进我国绿色制造的重要举措.南京师范大学积极探索并创新人才培养体系,以满足绿色制造产业对高层次人才的需求.本文分析了当前复合型合成生物学与合成化学人才的缺口现状,指出了培养的难点,进一步总结了南京师范大学对复合型合成生物学与合成化学人才的培养路径,重点探讨学校在课程端、师资端、平台端、科研端和制度端五方面所提出的措施.成果表明,南京师范大学的创新培养模式有效地促进了复合型人才的成长.未来,学校将不断完善人才培养模式,深化交叉融合,为科技创新和产业升级提供有力支撑.
In the context of"Emerging Engineering Education",the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents in synthetic biology and synthetic chemistry is a crucial initiative to advance green manufacturing in China.Nanjing Normal University has been actively exploring and innovating talent training systems to meet the demands of the green manufacturing industry for high-level professionals.This paper analyzes the current shortage of interdisciplinary talents in synthetic biology and synthetic chemistry and highlights the challenges in their cultivation.Furthermore,it summarizes the approaches adopted by Nanjing Normal University for fostering such talents,with a focus on the measures implemented in five key areas:curriculum,faculty,platform,research,and institutional mechanisms.The results demonstrate that the innovative training model at Nanjing Normal University effectively promotes the growth of interdisciplinary talents.In the future,the university will continue to refine its talent cultivation model,deepen cross-disciplinary integration,and provide robust support for technological innovation and industrial upgrading.
