保定市对外铁路通达度的格局演变及对华东地区通达度优化研究OA

The evaluation of urban railway accessibility is essential for understanding the level of urban external railway transportation and regional connectivity,and provides technical and social support for optimizing train schedules.Taking Baoding in Hebei Province as an example,based on the railway accessibility evaluation model,the railway transportation accessibility of Baoding is evaluated using the Chinese railway operation data from 2009,2013,2017,and 2021,and visualized using ArcGIS software.At the same time,Handan located in southern Hebei and on the Beijing-Guangzhou line,Cangzhou on the Beijing-Shanghai line,and Zhangjiakou in northern Hebei are selected to calculate their railway accessibility in 2021,and compared with Baoding's railway accessibility in 2021.The results show that the overall railway accessibility of Baoding is relatively good,but its accessibility on the East China region is relatively low,especially to the four provinces and one city along the East China coast.Compared with Handan,Cangzhou,and Zhangjiakou,there is still a relative disadvantage.The analysis suggests that the low railway accessibility between Baoding and cities in the East China region is mainly due to three factors:Baoding's relatively weak economic strength,resulting in low intrinsic demand for interaction with the East China region,the heavy operational pressure on the Beijing-Guangzhou railway network,which crowds out Baoding's exclusive transportation needs.The article proposes adjusting some railway origin and destination stations to enable direct trains from Baoding to the East China region.If a direct train from Baoding to the East China direction were to be launched,it would not only ensure the fairness of public travel but also enhance the industrial connections between Baoding and the East China region,thereby leveraging the role of transportation in promoting urban development in the opposite direction.
