以广州市南沙区明珠湾亭角地区为研究对象,利用遥感技术识别典型降雨过程中的积水风险区域,并据此开展道路工程度汛排水方案设计.研究基于多期遥感影像反演水域信息,构建积雨频率指标并耦合积雨量分析,精准识别积水高风险区域;在此基础上,针对典型道路提出排水方案.结果表明,研究区积水高风险区域集中于西北角建材路西侧、建材路临近住宅区及工业路以东至鬼横涌之间区域;在既有排水设施与泵排措施协同作用下,滨江北路、规划一路及规划二路在积水深度不超过1.0 m时,采用4台260 m3/h的水泵抽排,可在1.06~1.84h内完成积水排除.研究证实,基于遥感技术的积雨频率与积雨量的综合分析方法,能为研究区道路工程度汛排水方案制定提供有效支撑,可为类似城市建设及低洼易涝区域防汛排水设计提供参考.

Taking the Tingjiao area of Mingzhu Bay in Nansha District,Guangzhou,as a case,this study attempts to identify waterlogging risk areas under typical rainfall events using remote sensing technology and,on this basis,to develop corre-sponding drainage schemes for road engineering.Multi-temporal remote sensing images were used to retrieve surface water information,based on which a waterlogging frequency index was constructed and coupled with rainfall accumulation analysis to identify high-risk waterlogging areas.Subsequently,drainage schemes were proposed for representative roads within the study area.The results indicate that waterlogging risk is mainly concentrated on the western side of Jiancai Road in the northwestern corner of the study area,residential areas adjacent to Jiancai Road,and the zone between the eastern side of Gongye Road and Guiheng Stream.Under the combined effects of existing drainage facilities and pumping measures,water accumulated on Binjiang North Road,Planned Road 1,and Planned Road 2 can be completely drained within 1.06~1.84 h using four pumps(260 m3/h per pump),provided that the maximum water depth does not exceed 1.0 m.This study demon-strates that the integrated analysis of remotely sensed waterlogging frequency and rainfall accumulation can effectively sup-port the formulation of flood-season drainage schemes for urban road engineering,and can provide a technical reference for urban construction and flood drainage design in low-lying,waterlogging-prone areas.
