全自动制样设备是燃料智能化验收系统中最容易出现投运率偏低的设备之一.对多个全自动制样使用单位进行调研发现,设备煤种适应性不足、水分或灰分存在偏倚是影响设备性能的最关键因素.笔者对2 方面问题进行分析并提出了处理建议:分析了湿黏煤处理能力不足的问题,提出破碎机入料口、筛网、皮带给料机等堵塞部位的处理措施;分析了大粒度煤样处理难问题,建议在采样机的破碎机处增加筛网,或在制样端增加一级破碎;分析了劣质煤无法处理的问题,建议人工处理.分析了缩分偏倚的问题,建议建立定期检查制度;分析了交叉污染的问题,建议对破碎机、振打装置结构优化,增加冲洗煤样,并定期开展对比试验.后续建设和投用燃料智能验收系统的电厂,可参考上述内容对设备存在问题进行分析,并参考上述方法进行改进,从而保障设备正常投用.

The fully automatic sample preparation equipment was one of the devices with the lowest usage rate in the intelligent acceptance system.Research on multiple fully automated sample preparation units had found that insuffi⁃cient adaptability to coal types and bias in moisture or ash content were the most critical factors affecting equipment performance.Two issues were analyzed and solutions were proposed:this paper analyzed the insufficient ability to handle wet and sticky coal,and proposed measures to deal with blockages in the crusher inlet,screen mesh,belt feeder,and other areas,analyzed the difficulty in processing large particle coal samples,it was recommended to add a sieve at the crusher of the sampling machine or add a first stage crushing at the sample preparation end,analyzed the problem of poor quality coal that cannot be processed and suggested manual handling.This paper also analyzed the issue of score bias and suggested establishing a regular inspection system,analyzed the issue of cross contamination and suggested optimizing the structure of the crusher and vibration device.The flushing of coal samples should be in⁃creased and regular comparative tests should be conducted.For power plants that will construct and implement intelli⁃gent fuel acceptance systems in the future,the above analysis could be used to analyze equipment problems,and im⁃provement can be done according to the above methods,therefore,the normal operation of equipment can be en⁃sured.
