煤炭在线分析仪与机械化采制样设备在煤炭生产、贸易结算和环保监管等主要场合联合布置,凭借速度快和结果可靠的优点成为煤炭质量实时监测的主流配置,为质量管理提供了高效的技术支持,该联合系统运行的关键方式是通过采样机所留样品的实验室分析数据不断调整在线分析仪的测量模型,从而实现水分、灰分、发热量等核心质量指标的准确快速监测,虽然GB/T 19494.2-2023 标准明确指出在线制样系统存在的偏差是整个采样、制样、化验过程总精密度受限的主要障碍,采样机制样时产生的缩分不准确、破碎导致水分流失、输送时颗粒大小分离等偏差会通过所留样品的数据反过来影响分析仪模型的修正环节,进而造成测量结果出现系统性错误,笔者根据相关国家标准系统分析了偏差的产生方式、传递路径以及对分析仪模型校正的影响,提出了包含"查找偏差来源-双重方式核对验证-优化模型-全过程质量控制"的完整解决方案,有效切断了制样系统偏差的传递链条,为煤炭行业实现质量的精确管理提供了技术保障.

Coal online analyzers and mechanical sampling and sample preparation equipment are jointly deployed in coal production,trade settlement,environmental supervision and other major occasions.With the advantages of high speed and reliable results,they have become the mainstream configuration for real⁃time monitoring of coal quality,providing efficient technical support for quality management.The key operation mode of this combined system is to continuously adjust the measurement model of the online analyzer based on laboratory analysis data of the samples re⁃tained by the sampler,so as to realize accurate and rapid monitoring of core quality indicators such as moisture,ash content and calorific value.Although GB/T 19494.2-2023 clearly states that the deviation existing in the online sample preparation system is the main obstaclewhich limits the overall precision of the entire sampling,sample prepa⁃ration and testing process.Deviations such as inaccurate division during sampler sample preparation,moisture loss caused by crushing,and particle size separation during transportation will inversely affect the correction of the analy⁃zer model through the data of the retained samples,resulting in systematic errors in measurement results.Based on relevant national standards,the author systematically analyzes the generation mode,transmission path of deviations and their impact on the calibration of the analyzer model,and puts forward a complete solution including"deviation source identification⁃dual verification⁃model optimization⁃whole⁃process quality control".This solution effectively cuts off the transmission chain of deviations in the sample preparation system,providing technical support for the coal in⁃dustry to achieve precise quality management.
