煤化工污泥中水分赋存状态分析方法研究OA
Research on the analysis method of moisture storage state in coal chemical sludge
煤化工污泥水分含量高、黏度大、含有毒有害物质,其减量化和无害化处置已成为化工行业绿色可持续发展的难题,为揭示污泥中水分的赋存状态,奠定污泥处置的研究基础,分别采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)法和低场核磁(NMR)法对污泥中的水分形态进行了测试分析.结果表明,DSC法不能准确分析污泥中水分的赋存状态,采用NMR测试方法,可将污泥中的水分分为4 种,分别为胞内水、吸附水、间隙水和自由水,分析结果显示,化工污泥中胞内水含量为1.43%~6.83%,吸附水含量为2.95%~63.09%,间隙水含量为 31.04%~94.23%,自由水含量为0~1.03%,区分污泥中不同状态的水分含量,对污泥中水分的脱除或束缚水的转换研究具有重要的指导意义.
Coal chemical sludge has high moisture content,high viscosity,and contains toxic and harmful substances.Its reduction and harmless disposal have become a challenge for the green and sustainable development of the chemical industry.In order to reveal the occurrence status of water in sludge and lay the research foundation for sludge disposal,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and low field nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)methods were used to analyze the water forms in sludge.The results indicate that DSC method cannot accurately analyze the occurrence status of water in sludge.By using NMR testing method,the water in sludge can be divided into four types:intracellular water,ad⁃sorbed water,interstitial water,and free water.The analysis results show that the intracellular water content in chemi⁃cal sludge is 1.43%to 6.83%,adsorbed water content is 2.95%to 63.09%,interstitial water content is 31.04%to 94.23%,and free water content is 0 to 1.03%,distinguishing the water content in different states of sludge has impor⁃tant guiding significance for the study of water removal or bound water conversion in sludge.
